Annelies Baker

Annelies Baker, 79, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on November 28, 2022.

She entered this world on December 7, 1942 in Bremen, Germany; born to Fritz and Loni Doehle Gundermann.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, of almost fifty years, Elbert Carroll Baker; step-father James Williams and granddaughter Amanda Baker.

She is survived by her children Lisa Autrey, Elbert James Baker, Jon Phillip Baker; grandchildren Heide Gatewood, William Rylan Chambers,Taylor Ryan Baker, Hannah Barnes and Zachariah Baker; great-grandchildren Jordan Gatewood, Gregory Clopton, Curtis Gatewood, Juell Hathoway, Emily Gatewood, James Payton Taylor, Chloe Speak and Annalee Barbee; great-great-grandchild Aria Gatewood; and brother Michael Williams.

She came to America in 1958. She was a homemaker who also worked for the Trinidad ISD. She was a Trinidad resident for over fifty years and a member of United Methodist Church in Trinidad.

Memorial service to be planned for a future date.
