Barbara Berry

Barbara Berry, 86, mother and grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on February 10, 2022.

She entered this world on September 4, 1935 in Eustace, TX, born to Joe and Essie Calicutt.

Barbara was soft spoken and a woman of few words, but loved her family, children, and grandchildren fiercely. She thoroughly enjoyed reading.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Essie Calicutt, husband Oliver Berry, two brothers Authur Calicutt, Robert Calicutt, and sisters Odetta Conaway and Juanita Frazier; daughter Glenda Thomas

Barbara is survived by her children Janis Vess, Lisa Berry, Johnnie Berry sister Leta Graham, grandchildren Jason Morlatt, Jessica Brown, Justin Vess, Caleb Stublefield, great-grandchildren Jennifer Little, Katherine Berry, Johnnie Ray Berry, Shelbie, Hailee, AJ, Araceli, Samuel, Lincoln, Emily, Kaecen, Keaton, Jamie and Jaxton. Her legacy continues to live on in great-great grandchild Amayia, and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her fur baby and best friend Buddy.

The family will receive visitors from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM Monday, February 14, 2022 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Monday, February, 14, 2022 at Trinidad Cemetery with Todd Weaver officiating.
