Barbara Crouch, 86, beloved mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on January 28, 2021.
She entered this world on October 19, 1934 in Ranger, TX, born to Grady and Pearl Healer.
She was married to her beloved husband, with whom she is now with, for 66 years. She was a teacher in Malakoff for 25 years, she was a member of First Baptist Church, Cedar Creek Lakers, Star Harbor Auxiliary, and the Retired Teacher Association.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Melvin Crouch, parents; Grady Healer, Pearl Healer Wheat, step-father; Curt Wheat, and brother Jammie Healer.
She is survived by her daughter; Tammy and husband Wyle McClintock, son; Jim and wife Shirley Crouch; sister-in-law; Joyce McDonald, grandchildren; James and wife Candace McClintock, Katy and husband Sean Madden, Meredith and husband Caleb Spaw, and Zachary Crouch. Her legacy continues with her great-grandchildren; Brenden, Drew, and Lily McClintock, Presly, Chloe, and Kayla Madden, and a great-great granddaughter; Olivia.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 at First Baptist Church, Malakoff from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Casey Perry officiating. Interment will be in Malakoff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Faith in Action.
Serving as pallbearers will be James McClintock, Sean Madden, Zachary Crouch, Brenden McClintock, and Drew McClintock. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Green, Larry Nance, Clarence Wilson, Don McKinnerney, Don Roden, and Trevor Booth.
