Billie J Baty

Billie J Baty, age 80 years, of Seven Points, passed away on Monday July 1, 2019 at UT Health Tyler.

Bill was born in Wichita Falls, TX on Friday August 26, 1938, son of the late Samuel and the late Ela Mae (Box) Baty. Bill served his country in the Air Force  for over twenty years before retiring as a tech sergant.  Bill was a very good musician and well like by all. 
Mr. Baty was preceded in death by his father Samuel Baty, mother  Ela Mae Box Baty-Duncan and step-father Carroll Duncan, son Mitchell Baty and grandson Kasey Cypert. 
He leaves behind his beloved wife Linda Baty, daughter Cindy Halbert and husband Mike, daughter Wendy Petkus and husband Vincent, son Billy Baty and wife Brandi, daughter Donna Trammel and daughter in law Suzanne Baty.  His brother Jim Baty and wife Barbara will miss him also.  He also leaves behind a legacy of 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 
Memorial Service and interment will be held on Friday, Jul 12 from 2:15 to 2:30 PM at DFW National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX. 
Services will be officiated by Chaplain Don of the Joint Reserves from Ft. Worth, TX.
