Billie Louise Robertson Hunt Owens

Billie Louise Robertson Hunt Owens peacefully passed on to everlasting life on Tuesday, June 16th, 2015, in Richmond, Texas, at the age of 89. Billie was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Pearl Robertson, her husband Travis Hunt, and later by her husband Joseph Owens. Billie was born on March 27, 1926 in Erath County Texas. She graduated from Iraan High School and attended Tarleton State College in Stephenville, Texas. She is survived by her children, Richard Hunt and wife Pat; daughter June Hunt Weiss and husband Charley; grandson Scott Wolfe and wife Caryn; granddaughter Shannon Hunt Alexander and husband Craig; granddaughter Linda Wolfe Jacks and husband James; granddaughter Raegan Hunt Newkirk and husband Scott; great-grandchildren Ashley Hope and Travis Paul Wolfe; Maddie Grace and Cassidy Pearl Jacks, and Tess and Abby Alexander; Billie's brother Dick Robertson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be on Saturday, June 20, at 10 a.m. at Malakoff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. She gave us life, and showed us how to live it. We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
