Bobby Wayne Welch

Bobby Wayne Welch age 82 of Malakoff, TX passed away May 25, 2018 in Corsicana, TX.
Bobby was born April 29, 1936 in Malakoff to Robert and Katherine Foster Welch.
He and his soul mate Jackie have been married 72 years. He is a retired diesel tech. and ice cream man.  Bobby served our country in the Marine Reserves. He loaded his ice cream truck and proudly drove through the neighborhoods selling his sweet treats.  If he thought a child was hungry, he fixed them a bologna sandwich and would give it to them.  He was even known to trade ice cream for a dog.  He enjoyed fishing and farming.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Katherine Welch.
Bobby is survived by his wife Jackie Welch, children Wayne Welch and wife Debra Welch, Larry Welch and wife Cheryl Welch, Susanne Noell and husband Chris Noell, and Raymond Welch, grandchildren Bryan Trahern, Hailey Phillips, Franklin Phillips, Allie McMaster, Brando McMaster, Garrett Welch, Raymond Welch Jr. and his legacy continues with one great-grandchild Ava Trahern.
Memorial service will be Monday, May 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX with Bro. Wayne Pitchford officiating.
