Bobby Gerald Whitley

Bobby Whitley, 80, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, was called to his eternal resting place on November 21, 2022.

Bobby was born December 28, 1941 in Dallas, TX to Cecil and Catherine Whitley.

Bobby loved the Lord and serving as deacon at Wildwood Baptist Church. He was very involved in Bearing Precious Seed and worked making John Roman Bibles.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Dan Whitley.

Bobby is survived by the love-of-his-life Barsha Whitley; children Tony Whitley and wife Suzzette of Mansfield, TX, Terry Whitley and wife Cindy of Tool, TX, Tim Whitley and wife Cassandra of Mabank, TX, Mellissa Keel and husband Kevin; his fur-baby Bella; brothers Cecil Whitley, Benny Whitley, Bailey Whitley; sister Doris Isbell; grandchildren Amanda, Joshua, Jeremy, Matt, Kimberly, Tiffany, Tristan, Tanner, Hunter, Rachael, Dusty; twenty-two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; special niece Dianna Isbell McCarty and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Friday November 25, 2022, from 6PM-8PM at Huckabee-Tomlinson Chapel, Seven Points, TX.

Service will be Saturday November 26, 2022, 11:00AM, at Huckabee-Tomlinson Chapel in Seven Points, TX; Brian McWhorter & Freddie Pendleton officiating.

Burial to follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
