Charlotte Sorrell

Charlotte Ann Sorrell, 80, beloved wife, mother & grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on September 7, 2023.

She entered this world on November 17, 1942 in Terrell, TX, born to Frank James and Nellie Lee (Sluder) Bostick.

Charlotte enjoyed gardening, especially tending to her beautiful flower beds. She raised horses and got great pleasure from brushing and caring for them. Her greatest joy was in spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Nellie Bostick; siblings Otho Bostick, Edith Bostick, Mary Marie, Harold James, Ruby Juanita, R.C., Letha Faye, Doris Nell, Raymond Douglas, John Richard, and Clyde Wayne.

She is survived by her husband Larry Sorrell; children Judy Pecina and Kim & Charlton Stovall; her legacy continues with her grandchildren Keri Crawford, Olivia Pecina (Sampson) and Jonathan, Shawn Bentley & Mary, John Bentley & Amber-Lin; great-grandchildren Kylie, Brooklyn, Ryleigh, Allie, Hannah, Koey, Jonathon, Beau, Roque, Kruz and Gus.

Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, 403 E Royall Blvd., Malakoff, Texas will have the Memorial Service on Monday September 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
