Edna Lee Racker

Edna Racker, 92,of Malakoff, TX; beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend was called to her eternal resting place on September 28, 2020. She entered this world on July 24, 1928 in Bishop, TX, born to William Charles and Bessie Dowell Vieregge

Edna was a lifelong resident of Malakoff, she was an active member of the First Baptist Church, Malakoff. She enjoyed visiting and spending time with her cafeteria ladies. Her family was very important to her and she also charished the time she could spend with them.

She is survived by her daughters Dena Ford and husband Royce, Deborah Abbott, Donna Everett and Tammy Baker. Her grandchildren are Brigette Smock, Alicia Sparks and husband Ronnie, Dustin Baker. Great-grandchildren are: Sterling Smock, Cody Smock, Tanner Sparks, Matthew Sparks Jaxon Baker and Rylan Baker.

Mrs. Racker was preceded in death by her parents William and Bessie Vieregge; husband AD Racker; sisters Maxine Brown, Virginia Bailey and Julia Whitman and brother Charles Vieregge, Jr.

Visitation will be held at the Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home Malakoff on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Graveside services will be on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the Malakoff City Cemetery at 10:30am.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin Baker, Sterling Smock, Cody Smock, Tanner Sparks, Matthew Sparks, Jaxon Baker and Rylan Baker.
