Floyd was born to George and Mellissa Herron in Natchez, MS.
He is survived by his wife; Bobby Herron, daughter; Lucy Herron, son; Milton Herron, brother; Joseph Herron, brother; Tracy Herron, 1 granddaughter, and 3 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; George Herron, Mellissa Herron, 5 brothers, and 3 sisters.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday morning for visitation at 10:00 a.m. at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Seven Points. Interment will immediately follow at King Cemetery.
