Geraldine Gaddis, 85, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on November 5, 2021.

She entered this world on November 17, 1935 in Smackover, AR, born to James Lavelle and Minnie Lee Clawson.

Geraldine loved life and loved her family. She married her soul mate and love of her life Ernie Gaddis on August 15, 1981. She enjoyed making memories with them while camping, skiing, auto racing, and hunting. She treasured her grandchildren and spending as much time as she could with them. She enjoyed going to Choctaw and the Wind Star. Although she wasn't a big gambler she loved the slot machines.
She worked for Nations Bank before it became Bank of America. She retired from Bank of America. After retiring, she returned to the work force with Mesquite ISD.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Minnie Lee Clawson, sons Darrell McLaughlin, Gene Allen, brothers Leslie Clawson, James Clawson, and sister Jeri.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years Ernie Gaddis, daughter Pam Gaddis, sons Bradley Gaddis and wife Donna, Lamar Allen, Skipper Allen, Wade Allen, sister Marguerite Williams, grandchildren Justin Gaddis and wife Christian, Colton Gaddis and wife Alexa, great-grandchildren Waylon Gaddis, Colt Gaddis, Madison Gaddis, and Beau Gaddis.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Chapel in Seven Points, TX.

Service will be at 11:00 AM on that day in the chapel with Bro. Grant Sutton officiating. Interment will be in King Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Bradley Gaddis, Justin Gaddis, Colton Gaddis, Mark Gaddis, Aaron Clawson, and Allan Kirksey
