Glinda McDougald

Glinda McDougald, 80, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on November 13, 2024.

She entered this world on September 17, 1944 in Dallas, TX, born to Earl and Lucy McCoy. Glinda expressed her creativity through crafting and sewing. She loved gardening and working in her flower beds. Her family says she "never stopped" and was "always busy". Glinda also loved to cook and was her happiest when her family was all together.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Lucy; first husband Hubert Harper Jenkins; husband Harvey McDougald; brothers Sonny McCoy, Raymond McCoy, Donny McCoy; grandmother Marty Largent; grandchildren Heather Musselwhite and Jaxon Musselwhite.

She is survived by children Tim Kirby and Rajan, Kim McDowell Stewart and Scott, Tonya Musselwhite and Joe, Luci Rodriguez and James Gaddis, Marty Jenkins and Bonnie; grandchildren Justin Kirby, Joshua Kirby, Jessica Daniels, Mavrick McDowell, Kristi Fowler, Shane Musselwhite, Cody Musselwhite, Dawnya Hoadley, Brittney Shelton, Chance Jenkins, Barbie Jenkins Metcalf, Nicole Rikard, Lauren Jenkins; great-grandchildren Harley Ray Kirby, Micah Kirby, Statler Daniels, Wylder Daniels, Tucker Daniels, Jacie & Maylee Fowler, Justice Musselwhite, River Musselwhite, Riggs Musselwhite, Skyler, Antany & Canyon Shelton, Serenity & Cason Brown; siblings Jimmie Coyle and Delores Thomas.
