Jack D. Malcolm of Tool, TX passed away on July 24, 2015 at the age of 67. Jack was born in Olney, TX on January 4, 1948 to Clarence Malcolm and Betty Hutchins Malcolm. He is survived by his loving wife Carleen Malcolm, son, Jack Malcolm Jr., daughters, Lisa Malcolm, Lydia Smith, Lonna Malcolm and Lindsey Malcolm, brother, Doug Malcolm, sisters, Faith Malcolm, Linda Caffey, Sheila Connerly and Diana Malcolm, 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Malcolm and grandmother, Winnie Bell Malcolm. Memorial service will be held on August 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Cedar Creek Lake United Methodist Church in Tool, TX Clergy: Dana McCullen
