Jackie Hightower

Jackie Hightower age 60 of Malakoff, TX closed her eyes July 12, 2018 and opened them in heaven.
Jackie was born May 9, 1958 in Malakoff, TX to Porter Givens and Claudia Robinson Givens.  
Mrs. Jackie was well known in Malakoff as the best cook ever.  When she was cooking, the café would be busy at lunch.
She is preceded in death by her parents Porter and Claudia Givens, brothers Leslie Givens, Leonard Givens, and sister Claudette "Sue" Hall.
She is survived by her soul mate George E. Hightower, children Tarsha Hightower, George M. Hightower, sisters Tracey Givens Thomas, Lisa Givens Barron, Dianna Houston, and brothers Phillip Givens Sr., Michael Givens, and Rodney Givens.
The family will receive visitors Friday July 20 from 6-8 PM at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX.
Service will be 1:00 PM Saturday July 21, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Mitcham Street, Malakoff, TX with Floyd Thomas Jr. officiating.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Hornbuckle, Kendrick Hornbuckle, Ira Mitchell, Billy Williams, Freddie Paul, and Cory Barron Sr.
Interment will be in Steen Cemetery.
