Jo Wilson

Jo Wilson, 68, loved by family and friends, was called to her eternal resting place on March 18, 2023.

She entered this world on August 3, 1954 in Corsicana, TX, born to Charles and JoAnn Cantrell.

Jo is preceded in death by her parents Charles and JoAnn Cantrell; sister Cherlyn Cantrell; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Cantrell and Mr. & Mrs. Trull; as well as her mother-in-law Ruby Miller.

She loved and was very involve with her family. She loved to talk and would stop and have a conversation with anyone who would take the time to talk with her. Jo liked fishing and camping and any activities with her kids, grandkids and great-grand kids. She worked the concession stand at events where these young people were involved.

She is survived by her husband and soul mate Norman Wilson. She and Norman celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year, they were married on June 14, 1972. During their 50 years together, their family continued to grow. Her legacy will continue to live on in her children Shannon Haines & husband Lonnie, Michelle Smock & husband Philip, Brandon Wilson & wife Amy, Jarred Wilson, Jeremy Wilson & wife Cassandra; grandchildren Brittni Winton, Ryan Haines, Brayla Haines, Nathan Pfoh, Nick Pfoh, Brea Wilson, Brooklin Wilson, Brendi Wilson, Caden Wilson, Zane Wilson, Zakiya Wilson, Zian Wilson, Angel Wilson, Michael Wilson; great-grandchildren Carter Winton, Carson Pfoh; brothers Keith Cantrell & wife Rebecca, David Cantrell & wife Julie and Charles "Bubba" Cantrell & wife Margaret.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Thursday March 23, 2023 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home in Malakoff, TX. Service will be at the same location at 10:00 AM Friday March 24, 2023 with burial to follow at Post Oak Cemetery, Crossroads,TX, Bro. Frank Upchurch, officiating.
