John Noel

John Larkin Noel Jr, of Athens, TX passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023.

John was born in West, TX to John Noel Sr. and Mildred Alyne Noel.

He was preceded in death by his father John Noel Sr., mother Mildred Alyne Noel, brother -in-law C.R. Summerall, and niece Jenny Summerall.

He is survived by his beloved wife Yvonne Noel; son John Leland and wife Gloria Noel, son James Lynn and wife Bethan Noel; brother Norman Gene Noel; grandchildren Jay Noel, Victoria Monteiro, Matthew Monteiro, Melissa Monteiro, Anthony DeSanto; great-grandchildren Mikayla Heimbigner, Nathaniel Heimbigner, Evan Monteiro, Alyssa Monteiro, Joshua Monteiro, Silas DeSanto, Atley DeSanto, Deshae Coleman, Destinee Coleman; and great-great-grandchild Jamar Draper.

Visitation for John will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Chapel, with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Tool Cemetery.
