Kayla Busby, 38, loved daughter, mother, and sister was called to her eternal resting place on December 18, 2021. She entered this world on January 5, 1983 in Dallas, TX, born to Wilburn and Mary Busby.

Kayla was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She loved watching both of her boys play football and was a big Malakoff Tiger fan.

She is preceded in death by her aunt Carol, aunt Sharon, and nephew Corbin.

She is survived by her father Wilburn, mother Mary, son Jaiden, son Levi, brother Matt and wife Penny, brother Jeff and wife Carys, aunt Vera, aunt Mildred, uncle Jerry, uncle Roger, niece Darcy, and niece Haley, the Trevino family and host of friends and family in Malakoff.

Visitation for Kayla is scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday, December 23, 2021 at First Baptist Church, Malakoff, TX. Service will be at 2:00 PM with Jeremy Brown officiating.

Interment will be in Malakoff Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Dylan, Matt, Quinton, Kain, Cade, Josh, Karter, Lance, and Tae.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Building Better Kids, (check or money order can be sent to 5201 FM 3062 Malakoff, TX 75148 ATTN. Mandy Hancock) or the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org/).
