Keith was born in Mount Vernon, TX to Wayne and Margaret Cockrell.
He is preceded in death by his father; Wayne Cockrell, and mother; Margaret Cockrell.
He is survived by his brother Steven Cockrell, and many friends, neighbors, and loved ones.
