Mark Allen Jensen, 64, was called to his eternal resting place on August 1, 2024.
He entered this world on January 18, 1960 in Dallas, TX, born to Frank and Frances Jensen.
Mark went to school in Dallas, TX where he learned to play baseball. He played through high school and was drafted to the SOX straight out of high school although he never got to play. He graduated from LEE College in 2018 with his HVAC license. He worked with his nephew Michael Wayne Jensen Jr. at On Point. When not working, Mark loved fishing and the Dallas Cowboys.
Mark is preceded in death by his mother Frances Jensen; brothers Frankie Joe Jensen and Michael Wayne Jensen Sr., AJ and Opal Averitt, Johnny Qualls and Sadie Qualls.
He is survived by his wife Lori Jensen; father Frank Jensen, step-mother Betty Jensen, mother-in-law Linda Braziel, children Anthony Neal Sr., Laci Gartman, Matthew Dowling; grandchildren Anthony Neal Jr., Brendon Neal, Demetra Neal, Aya Gartman, Adalace Gartman; sister Debbie Lile; sistr-in-law Linda Jensen, brother-in-law Donnie Williams, and special nephews whom he worked with Michael Wayne Jensen, Shawn Jensen Sr and numerous other nieces and nephews. Mark also leaves behind his longtime best friend and 2nd mother Red and Dori Reschke.
Visitation is 9:00 AM Monday August 5, 2024, Huckabee Memorial Chapel, 100 Tomlinson Lane, Seven Points, TX. Service is at 10:00 AM with Bro. Cody Kholeman officiating. Interment to follow at Mankin Cemetery, Trinidad, TX.
Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Wayne Jensen Jr., Shawn Jensen Sr., Andrew Alverez, Isaac Jensen, Shawn Jensen Jr., Seth Jensen. Honorary Palbearers are Red Reschke, Tony Liggit, Kevin Liggit, Abe Dasilva, Andrew (Bugg) Cossabone, Melton Lile, and Cody Jensen.
