Martha Mae Murrell

Martha Mae Murrell went home to Heaven on August 10, 2020 after a brief illness.

She was born August 11, 1957 to Fred and Fannie Belle Rockholt in Phoenix, AZ.

She lived on a ranch until moving to Tyler area and attending school in Winona where she graduated in 1975 as salutatorian. She attended TJC and was an Apache Belle.

Later in life she moved to the Eustace area where she was active with several groups in the community. She worked at General Machine and Tool for more than 20 years and worked at Payne Springs water as manager for the past 6 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Fannie Belle Rockholt, and brother Allen Rockholt.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband Johnny Murrell, three wonderful daughters, Crystal Whorton (Cheyenne), Amber Smart (Gene Tullis), and Amanda Blount, 8 amazing grandchildren, also her closest friends and an extended family.
