Funeral service for Michael Gene Barton 47 of Frankston, TX will be at 3 PM, Saturday, October 29 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX. The family will receive visitors from 1-3 PM at the funeral home. Bro. Mike Pisney will be officiating. Michael was born on November 10, 1968 in Tyler, TX to Edward Gene Barton and Judy Miller Barton. He passed away on October 25, 2016 in Frankston, TX. He had a love for horseshoes, darts and grilling on the grill outside. He also had a special love for his grandchildren.
Mike is survived by his loving wife Sherile Barton, children Brittany Lee & Chris Borunda, Julana Barton & LaQuintes Day, Trevor Dobbs & Brittni Murray, and Thatcher Dobbs. His legacy continues with his grandchildren Brylie Henshaw, Avery Henshaw, and Emalyn Borunda. He also leaves his sisters Sandra Loggins and Cindy Barton, brothers Ron and Russ Miller, and close friends Tricia, Scotty and Brenden Allen, Margaret and Alex Caddell. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward Gene and Judy Miller.
