Regina was born December 21, 1952 in DeRidder, LA. She was the daughter of Ruben and Mildred Havens.
She and her husband Ronnie attended The Avenue Church in Ennis. She was an avid Bingo player and an Eastern Star member.
Regina is preceded in death by her father Ruben and mother Mildred Havens..
She is survived by her husband Ronnie Welch, children Rodney Welch and wife Theresa, Rhonna Baker and husband Joey, Ryan Welch and wife Anna, grandchildren Dalton Welch, Raleigh Welch, James Baker, Josh Baker, Zoie Welch, and Paizlie Welch.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Chapel, Seven Points, TX from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Service will be 12:00 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Chapel, in Seven Points. Interment will follow at King Cemetery.
