Richard Kelly Payne

Richard Kelly Payne, 68, of Seven Points, TX was called to his eternal resting place on September 10, 2021.
He entered this world on July 6, 1953 in Athens, TX, born to Richard and Ellen Payne.
He is preceded in death by his parents Richard Pete Payne and Ellen Jo Payne; sisters Belinda Jo, and Baby Payne.
He is survived by his son Brian Payne and fiance Abbey Kelly; son Michael Payne and wife Nikki; son Scott Payne and wife Judy; sister Teresa Caldwell; brother Chauncey Payne; grandchildren Raleigh Payne, Kaiya Payne, Barrett Payne, Kaizen Payne, Brantley Myers, Axell Payne, Natalie Kelly, Aiden Kelly.
Visitation for Richard will be Thursday, September 16 from 6-8 pm. at Huckabee-Tomlinson Chapel in Seven Points. A graveside service will take place Friday, September 17 at 10 am. at Baker Cemetery.
