Robert James Atkinson

Robert James Atkinson of Malakoff, TX passed away on April 18, 2014 at the age of 87. Robert was born on March 2, 1927 in De Ridder, LA to Robert William Atkinson and Lottie Hanchey Atkinson. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Jeanne Sheppard Atkinson, daughters, Vicki and husband Robert Long, Judy and husband Tim Murphy, brothers and sisters , Judy Green, Fred Atkinson, Linda Collins, Ronnie Atkinson, Billie Parker and Joann Young, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lottie Atkinson, son, Mike Perkins Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 12 to 1 PM at Malakoff Church of Christ Service will be held on April 22, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Malakoff Church of Christ in Malakoff, TX Condolences can be made at www.tomlinsonfuneral.com
