Robert Rhoden

Robert Rhoden of Cross Roads, TX went home to be with the Lord November 16, 2020.

Robert was born January 11, 1945 in Tarrant County to Sam and Louise Siddell Rhoden.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Louise Rhoden, sister Bettie Wyatt, brother John Wayne Rhoden, grandfather Wilke Siddell, grandmother Carrie Siddell, son Michael Dwayne Rhoden.

He is survived by his beautiful wife of 53 years Valree Rhoden, daughters Cindy Barney and husband Steve, Kathy Cattles and husband John, Alena Eaton and husband Dan, sisters Dorothy Kirkwood and Patricia Baker and husband Larry.  Robert also leaves behind his treasured grandchildren Josh Barney, Travis Barney, Shannon Barney, Jason King, Jessica Smolik, Jeremy Eaton and wife Cheyene, Bridgett Feagins and husband Dustin, and Douglas Eaton.  His legacy continues to live on in his 22 great grandchildren and great great grandchild expected in March. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the home of Alena and Dan Eaton.  9087 CR 1119, Athens, TX in the big red shop.  Bro. Eric Graham will officiate.
