Sharon Carroll

Sharon Carroll, 66, was called to her eternal resting place on July 7, 2024.

She entered this world on September 21, 1957 in Dallas, TX, born to Carl and Elvada Burnett. She was the widow of Rickey Lee Carroll, who served his country in the Marines. She will be interred with him at DFW National Cemetery.

Sharon is preceded in death by her father Carl Burnett Sr., husband Rickey Lee Carroll; sister Peggy Marie; and son Edgar Matthew Whatley Jr.

She is survived by her mother Elvada Rose Morrell; children Quinna Fye Blodgett, Sharon Fay Folmar; grandchildren Elizabeth Folmar, Emerald Folmar, Sara Blodgett, Anthony Blodgett, Jessica Harris, James Blodgett; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings Carl Burnett Jr, Carla Enderby, and Carolyn Burnett.

A service for Sharon will be at 2:00PM, Friday July 12, 2024 at Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, 403 E Royall Blvd., Malakoff, TX. Interment will be Friday July 19, 2024, 1:30 PM, at the DFW National Cemetery.
