Survivors include: Father, Max Tobias, Jr; Mother, Carolyn Huggins Tobias; siblings are Danny Tobias, Regina Burns, and Carolyn Hanson. Many nieces and nephews are left to miss Toby. Memorial services are pending at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home, Malakoff, TX.
